What’s included
With Zoom connected, your assistant can:
- See your meetings — list meetings, get meeting details, and list past meeting participants
- Pull meeting content — get recordings, transcripts, and summaries, and list all recordings
- Manage meetings — create and update meetings
- Handle registrants — add meeting registrants
Connecting Zoom
- Go to Integrations
- Find Zoom and click Connect
- Authorize Town in Zoom (sign in when prompted)
- Return to Town
Your assistant acts on your Zoom account and only sees your meetings and recordings. You can revoke access anytime from the Zoom App Marketplace.

Use cases
- Meeting follow-ups — “summarize yesterday’s call from the transcript and draft the follow-up.”
- Scheduling — create a Zoom meeting and share the link.
- Attendance checks — see who joined a past meeting.
Good to know
- Meeting changes notify attendees — use approval-required tool settings in routines that create or update meetings.
- Transcripts and summaries are only available for meetings where they were enabled and recorded.
