Connect Brex and your assistant can work with your spend management — reviewing card and cash transactions, budgets, and users, inviting users and setting limits, creating vendors, and initiating transfers.

What’s included

With Brex connected, your assistant can:

  • Review spend — list card and cash transactions, cash accounts, budgets, and transfers
  • Browse your org — look up users, departments, and locations
  • Manage your team — invite new users as employees and set monthly limits for users
  • Manage payments — create vendors and initiate transfers
  • Advanced requests — make direct Brex API calls

Connecting Brex

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Find Brex and click Connect
  3. Authorize Town in Brex (sign in when prompted)
  4. Return to Town

Your assistant is limited to what your Brex account can see and do. You can revoke access anytime from Brex.

  • User invites, limit changes, vendor creation, transfers, and direct API calls affect real accounts and can move money — use approval-required tool settings in routines that make changes.
