Calendly

Connect Calendly and your assistant can work with your scheduling — event types, availability, invitees, and scheduling links — so booking coordination happens without leaving Town.

What’s included

With Calendly connected, your assistant can:

  • See your scheduling setup — list event types, availability schedules, and account context
  • Review scheduled events — list events, look up event details, and see invitees
  • Check open times — list available times for an event type
  • Take scheduling actions — create scheduling links, schedule events, and mark invitee no-shows

Connecting Calendly

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. Find Calendly and click Connect
  3. Authorize Town in Calendly (sign in when prompted)
  4. Return to Town

Your assistant acts on your Calendly account and only sees the events and event types your account can access. You can revoke access anytime from Calendly.

  • Follow up on no-shows — mark no-shows and draft a rebooking note.

Good to know

  • Scheduling actions affect real invitees — use approval-required tool settings in routines that create links or events.
