Connect Copper CRM and your assistant can inspect and update your CRM — looking up records, managing opportunities, creating or updating people and projects, and relating records to projects.

With Copper connected, your assistant can:
- Look up records — retrieve existing CRM objects, and list opportunities and pipelines
- Keep contacts current — create a new person or update an existing one by email address
- Manage opportunities — create and update opportunities (deals)
- Manage projects — create or update projects, and relate existing records to a project
- Advanced requests — make direct Copper API calls
Connecting Copper CRM
- Go to Integrations
- Find Copper CRM and click Connect
- Authorize Town in Copper (sign in when prompted)
- Return to Town
Your assistant is limited to the records your Copper account can access. You can revoke access anytime from Copper.
