The Town iOS app gives you a native, mobile-first way to interact with your assistant — including Tasks, voice notes, and recording.
Availability
Town for iOS is now generally available.

What you can do
Tasks
Review and manage assistant work on the go:
- See active tasks and unread activity
- Open task details from a native page or compact sheet
- Continue a task with a message to your assistant
- Mark tasks done or delete them when they no longer matter
Voice notes
Record voice notes to your assistant:
- Speak your request instead of typing
- Your assistant transcribes and processes it
- Get a response via email or in-app
On supported devices/OS versions, Town uses newer on-device speech capabilities for faster and more resilient transcription handling.

- “Remind me to follow up with Sarah about the proposal”
- “Research this company before my meeting tomorrow”
- “Create a routine that archives newsletters”
Recording
Capture and process audio:
- Record meetings or conversations
- Get transcriptions and summaries
- Extract action items automatically
Longer recordings keep clearer progress state, including active recording indicators and Live Activity support where available.
