Connect QuickBooks Online and your assistant can work with your books — searching customers, invoices, accounts, items, and vendors, and creating customers, invoices, and payments.

What’s included

With QuickBooks connected, your assistant can:

Look things up — search customers, invoices, accounts, items, and vendors, or run a custom search query
Read records — get customers, invoices, bills, payments, and your company info
Create records — add customers, create invoices, and record payments
Send invoices — email an invoice to a customer

Connecting QuickBooks Online

Go to Integrations
Find QuickBooks Online and click Connect
Authorize Town in Intuit (sign in when prompted)
Return to Town

Your assistant is limited to the company files your QuickBooks account can access. You can revoke access anytime from your Intuit account settings.
