Attio

Connect Attio and your assistant can work with your CRM — search records, manage notes and tasks, and read meetings, call recordings, and emails — so relationship context flows into your follow-ups, prep, and pipeline updates.

What’s included

With Attio connected, your assistant can:

  • Search your CRM — find and retrieve people, companies, deals, and other records
  • Read relationship context — notes, meetings, call recordings, and emails (including semantic search)
  • Keep records current — create and update records, notes, and tasks
  • See your workspace — list attribute definitions, members, and teams

  2. Find Attio and click Connect
  3. Authorize Town in Attio (sign in when prompted)
  4. Return to Town

Your assistant acts on your behalf and is limited to what your Attio account can see and do. You can revoke access anytime from Attio settings.

Use cases

  • Meeting prep — “pull everything we know about Acme before my 2pm” — notes, calls, and emails in one view.
  • Log as you go — turn a call summary or email thread into an Attio note.
  • Pipeline hygiene — update deal records after a meeting or email.
  • Follow-up tasks — create Attio tasks from action items your assistant spots.

Good to know

  • Use approval-required tool settings in routines that create or update records — CRM changes affect your whole team.
  • Semantic search works over what Attio has synced; if a call or email isn’t in Attio, your assistant can’t find it there.
