Connect Cal.com and your assistant can find availability and manage bookings — checking open slots, retrieving booking details, and creating or canceling bookings on your behalf.
What’s included
With Cal.com connected, your assistant can:
- Check availability — find bookable slots on your calendar
- Review bookings — get a single booking or list all bookings
- Manage bookings — create new bookings and cancel existing ones
Connecting Cal.com
- Go to Integrations
- Find Cal.com and click Connect
- Paste a Cal.com API key (create one in Cal.com under Settings → Developer → API keys)
- Return to Town
Your assistant acts on your Cal.com account and can only see the event types and bookings your account can access. You can revoke access anytime from Cal.com.
