Connect Fireflies and your assistant can search your meeting intelligence — transcripts, summaries, notes, and action items — turning your recorded calls into context for follow-ups and prep.

What it is (and isn’t)

• It’s a read connection. Your assistant reads your Fireflies content; it doesn’t record or edit meetings.
• It brings meetings into your other work — summaries, action items, and analytics alongside your email and calendar.

How to connect

1. Go to Integrations and find Fireflies
2. Click Connect and authorize Town
3. Return to Town

What it’s great for

• Search transcripts and summaries — find the meeting where a decision was made
• Retrieve notes and action items — “what are my open action items from this week’s calls?”
• Analyze recent calls — review follow-ups across your recent meetings
• Read soundbites, channels, and analytics — browse your Fireflies workspace content

Good to know

• Read-only — your assistant can’t change anything in Fireflies.
• Only works with meetings Fireflies has captured.
• Pairs well with your calendar and email for meeting prep and follow-ups.
