Workflow failure notifications
Get emailed when your custom workflows fail to run, with direct links to view the run, re-trigger the workflow, and submit feedback.
Action filtering in logs
Filter the /logs page by specific tool actions — see which label was applied, which email was archived, and more. Filter URLs are deep-linkable so you can bookmark or share filtered views.
Approval UX improvements
Approval pages now show a progress stepper with correct multi-device status handling, so you always see the real state of a pending approval.
Calendar details in approvals

Renamed to Auto-label with improved archive controls
Auto-inbox has been renamed to Auto-label to better reflect what it does. Auto-archive is now disabled by default, giving you explicit control over whether labelled emails are archived.

Unified search and Google Drive folders
Personal Assistant now includes a federated town_search tool that searches across all connected sources (email, drive, calendar, etc.) in a single query. You can also ask it to create Google Drive folders for you.

Redesigned workflow runs view
The workflows page now features a cleaner layout with separate runs and config views, seamless lazy loading, and rich run previews that show relevant context based on trigger type (sender and subject for emails, event details for calendar, etc.).
Smarter draft frequency controls
Auto-draft now offers three drafting modes: Proactive (drafts for most emails), Only when confident (drafts when context is clear), and Only forwarded emails. It also automatically cleans up old drafts and skips group emails.
Town Maintained badge for stock workflows
