Ramp
Connect Ramp and your assistant can work with your spend management — reviewing transactions, cards, users, vendors, and accounting data, uploading receipts, inviting users, and issuing virtual cards.
What’s included
With Ramp connected, your assistant can:
- Review spend — list and read transactions, cards, receipts, vendors, and accounting accounts, fields, and vendors
- Browse your org — look up users, departments, entities, and locations
- Handle receipts — upload a receipt for a transaction
- Manage your team — create user invites
- Issue cards — issue a virtual card
- Advanced requests — make direct Ramp API calls
Connecting Ramp
- Go to Integrations
- Find Ramp and click Connect
- Authorize Town in Ramp (sign in when prompted)
- Return to Town
Your assistant is limited to what your Ramp account can do. You can revoke access anytime from Ramp.

- Receipt catch-up — forward a receipt and have it attached to the right transaction.

- Receipt uploads, user invites, virtual card issuance, and direct API calls change your Ramp account — use approval-required tool settings in routines that use them.
