- Review your pipeline — list deals and leads
- Add records — create persons, organizations, leads, deals, activities, and notes
- Keep things current — update persons, leads, and deals
Connecting Pipedrive
- Go to Integrations
- Find Pipedrive and click Connect
- Authorize Town in Pipedrive (sign in when prompted)
- Return to Town
Your assistant is limited to the data your Pipedrive account can access. You can revoke access anytime from Pipedrive settings.
