Connect Gong and your assistant can research your calls — listing calls, retrieving transcripts, and pulling extensive call data — turning recorded conversations into context for follow-ups and deal work.

What it is (and isn’t)

• It’s a read connection. Your assistant reads your Gong data; it doesn’t record or edit calls.
• It brings calls into your other work — follow-ups, deal summaries, and prep alongside your email and CRM.

How to connect

1. Go to Integrations and find Gong
2. Click Connect and authorize Town
3. Return to Town

What it’s great for

• List calls — find recent calls with an account or teammate
• Retrieve transcripts — read exactly what was said on a call
• Pull extensive call data — get detailed call information for analysis

Good to know

• Read-only — your assistant can’t change anything in Gong.
• Only works with calls Gong has captured.
