Fathom

Connect Fathom and your assistant can pull from your meeting notes — searching meetings, retrieving summaries and action items, and reading transcripts — turning your recorded calls into usable context.

What it is (and isn’t)

  • It’s a read connection. Your assistant reads your Fathom content; it doesn’t record or edit meetings.
  • It brings meetings into your other work — follow-ups, prep, and summaries alongside your email and calendar.

How to connect

  1. Go to Integrations and find Fathom
  2. Click Connect and authorize Town
  3. Return to Town

What it’s great for

  • Search meetings — find calls and the people in them across your history
  • Pull summaries and action items — “what did we commit to on yesterday’s call?”
  • Read transcripts — dig into exactly what was said
  • Look up recordings — find a recording by call ID or URL, or list your teams

Good to know

  • Read-only — your assistant can’t change anything in Fathom.
  • Only works with meetings Fathom has captured.
  • Pairs well with your calendar and email for meeting prep and follow-ups.
