You can now put a face to the name. Meet your Townie.

Your Town assistant already has a name. Now it has a personality and a distinct look to match. Your assistant is now your Townie.

Your first Townie is made for you

To access your Townie, navigate to the bottom of your left side bar. Here you’ll find the Townie Creator — Town generates a one-time custom Townie based on your profile.

It’s created from what your Townie already knows about you; your role, and the way you work. The result is a Townie that’s unique to you.

Pick a different one if you want

If your custom Townie isn’t the way you’ve imagined your assistant, you’ve got options.

There’s a library of Townies you can switch to: a collection of hand-made designs by professional illustrators, and even more options generated by the Town community. Browse the gallery and pick one that matches the vibe you want.

Make your own

You can also click Create and describe your own.

You can build a Townie from scratch — look, name, personality — and use it as your assistant.

Share it

Made a Townie you love? Use the share button in the top right to make it public.

Other Town users can find and use shared Townies the same way you found yours.

Open your Townie page and meet the one created just for you. If it’s not quite right, swap it out, or design your own.
